“ Best Haitian food in Boston! I La Perle hosted a large group of students visiting for a college tour and their hospitality did not disappoint. I got there an hour before the group and ordered a drink and the coconut shrimp. The shrimp was perfect and the sauce complimented it well. When the group showed up, we were served food buffet style and I wish I could eat like that everyday. We had all of the Haitian staples and it all so delicious. I can't wait to go again! ”

“ This place has been on my list for a very long time and boy it did not disappoint! The vibes, the decor, everything is on point! I was there with a Haitian friend and she recommended to try the Lambi (conch) with sauce. It came with salad, pickled cabbage and plantains. We also got a side of black rice and coconut shrimp to share. I also got a passion fruit juice. The food was 10/10, Haitian approved. The dishes were so flavourful and little on the spicy side. The food also came with many extra sides. Definitely will be back to try more of their menu! ”
“ Wow, the food was good! I heard this place has been historically known for delayed service despite ordering ahead so we ordered 30 minutes ahead. Thankfully it was ready by the time my friend and I did a pick up. It was my first time having Haitian food and I loved it! We had the smoked herring spaghetti -- kind of like a dry pasta which had so much flavor and I'm not usually a fish person. My friend had the fried turkey and myself the legumes. The pikliz got me though--the tang and spice is what got me. I actually really liked the combo of the blended black beans, the sauce, and the rice (slightly salted) and the pikliz to cut through all of it. I'll be back when I visit! ”
